4. No subletting or AirBnB allowed.
5. The TENANT agrees to provide post-dated checks to the LANDLORD for the duration of the lease, or the TENANT agrees to pay the rent on the 1st of each month via e-transfer.
6. The consumption and cultivation of cannabis is prohibited.
7. Non-smoking.
8. No pets.
9. Electricity, snow removal, and maintenance of the property (lawn, weeds, etc.) are the TENANT'S responsibility.
10. The TENANT must return the house to its original condition at the end of the lease.
11. It is strictly prohibited to make any major modifications to the property without prior consent from the LANDLORD.
12. The LANDLORD may visit the property to inspect its condition every three (3) months, with 24 hours' notice.
